The staff are very helpful! I arrived before check-in time, although the hotel cafe was not open at that time, the staff opened and let me in to use the work station and wifi freely. The location is perfect, close to the station but not noisy at all. Room is small and compact, but meets all basic needs.

It was a small room but comfortable, clean, close to everything and price was very good. It is always good to have some Japanese language skills but not essential, the staff have enough English skills to make any conversation work. Would happily go back as a solo traveller

PM staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I wished I remembered their name. They made us feel welcome. Really closed to Nagano station and has an Onsen which my husband enjoyed. It has everything you need. AM staff was also very understanding after we woke up late and was 30mins late for check out time.

The hotel was in a great location. Right next to the train station. It had clean rooms at a good price.

Very near train station and it’s convenient. It has an indoor bath which is good.

Good location close to the train station. The onsen was pretty good, with barely anyone when we went there. The room was pretty standard, perfectly clean.

5mins near to the nagano station. Exit east station cross the bridge you will see 7eleven and walk to the left around 3min.
